At Jamin Leather®, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned leather goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
